Car Accidents Involving Multiple Drivers in Virginia

Although the number of traffic accidents and injuries in Virginia decreased overall in 2020, the number of fatalities occurring as a result of car accidents increased. In fact, per data provided by the Virginia Highway Safety Office, approximately 128,200 accidents took place in 2019, which resulted in about 65,700 injuries and 830 deaths.

A few important variables may be blamed for many of these accidents and injuries: driver inexperience, distraction, and drunkenness or impairment. Sadly, regardless of the possible causes of these car accidents, it is the victims and families who ultimately suffer the devastating consequences.

It is all too obvious that victims of major vehicle crashes will face considerable limitations in the future. Unfortunately, even if you do your best to keep yourself and others safe while driving, you can’t always rely on other drivers to do the same. And regrettably, tens of thousands of people have been rendered incapacitated as a result of these crashes.

Fortunately, an accident attorney in Virginia Beach can assist you and your family as soon as possible. By seeking legal guidance from a Virginia injury attorney, you may learn that you are entitled to compensation, which might help you cover your current and future financial commitments. Attorney Ron Kramer II has been fighting for the justice that victims and their families seek for years, winning a fair, full monetary reward for those hurt by another motorist’s irresponsibility.
