Vehicles Collisions in Virginia

According to statewide data, automobile accidents end the lives of more than one thousand people every year across Virginia. An additional 65,000 victims will sustain life-threatening injuries as a result of these crashes.

Vehicle collision victims could endure mental trauma and long-term health issues. To make matters worse, those who receive more severe injuries, like traumatic brain injuries, broken or fractured bones, damage to their spinal cord, and other catastrophic injuries are most likely going to require ongoing care.

Additionally, more than 90% of all motor vehicle accidents can be traced back to one of three causative factors: driving under the influence, driving while distracted, and speeding. Despite your best effort to be mindful of your safety and the safety of those around you, there are no assurances that other drivers will obey driving laws or act appropriately while they are at the wheel.

Fortuitously, for those injured in collisions that were not their fault, you could be eligible to collect financial compensation, and a personal injury attorney in Norfolk can help you do just that.
