Car Accident Injuries in the Virginia Commonwealth

Every year, more than 65,000 individuals in Virginia are wounded in automobile, truck, and SUV accidents. Even though these incidents are frequently avoidable, we continue to witness innocent individuals suffer as a result of other drivers’ recklessness. Negligent drivers, speeders, inebriated drivers, and those that engage in risky driving practices are all responsible for the lion’s share of accidents across the Commonwealth.

What’s worse, accident victims typically require substantial medical care and must spend months or even years healing and attending physical therapy. Adding insult to injury, though there are several therapeutic alternatives available to assist victims in the aftermath of their accidents, they are costly and do not guarantee a full recovery. Thousands of people are permanently incapacitated as a result of their injuries in car accidents.

Nobody ever plans on being wounded in a car accident. Safely, you are constantly in danger of being harmed in an automobile accident, whether you are just getting in your car to travel to work or running simple errands. Accidents can occur at any time and in any location. A significant vehicle accident almost always results in serious injuries, and in some cases, death.
