Pedestrian Accidents in Virginia

Motor vehicle accidents claim the lives of nearly 75 pedestrians each year in the state of Virginia. This number accounts for 10% of all traffic-related fatalities. In addition to people losing their lives, hundreds more are left to deal with overwhelming pain and suffering from injuries. Pedestrian accidents are completely preventable, yet we continue to see the overwhelming impact they have on victims and their families.

When victims sustain injuries in accidents, due to the negligence of others, it is imperative that they reach out to a pedestrian accident attorney in Virginia as soon as possible. Victims may be entitled to compensation to help alleviate the financial burdens they face moving forward after being harmed in an accident.
